I’m Ben Gardner, a home design consultant and longtime subcontractor with hands-on experience across nearly every phase of residential construction.
I spent over two decades working as a subcontractor in residential construction, framing, trim, custom work, and plenty in between. Along the way, I saw how good houses come together… and how quickly things fall apart when planning goes sideways.
Today, as a home design consultant, I help people navigate their own projects with clarity. Whether you’re reviewing blueprints, planning a renovation, or researching builders, I’ll help you catch what others miss, before it costs you time, money, or peace of mind.
My advice comes from real-world jobsite experience, not theory. I’m here to offer support, not sales pressure.
